BLACK LIVES MATTER

The recent murders of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, Riah Milton and Dominique “Rem'Mie” Fells have left us heartbroken and enraged. These tragic and senseless killings, among so many others, have served as a painful reminder of the racism and structural inequity that exists in America.

Calvin Klein is founded on bold and progressive ideals. We push boundaries and reject the ideas and attitudes that limit positive progress. We believe in zero tolerance for injustice, hate and inequality; however, we have more and important work to do when it comes to championing a louder voice on human rights issues that affect our associates, our customers and our communities. Our commitment is to ensure an organization where we support each other in open and honest dialogue, provide resources for further education on issues affecting our teams and communities and use our voice to stand up for what is right.

It is critical that we increase diverse representation throughout Calvin Klein. We have worked and will continue to work towards advancing racial equality within our workforce and in our communities. We are not where we need to be. We are advancing equality at Calvin Klein through the creation of development programs for underrepresented associates, further development of manager skills and accountability, and evolving our recruitment strategy and practices. We must better reflect the makeup of the communities where we live and work.

We are committed to developing products, services and further enhancing the experience for a diverse range of customers, and continuing to ensure that our marketing and advertising represents a full spectrum of races, ethnicities, gender identities, gender expressions and body types.

Calvin Klein, together with parent company, PVH Corp., has made donations to the NAACP Legal Defense & Education Fund and the ACLU, among other organizations, and will continue to make ongoing financial contributions to causes that support the fight against racial and social injustice.

With the input of our communities and our associates, we continue to explore how we can fight systemic racism, intolerance and injustice and stand in solidarity with the Black community.
