Holidy Returns Policy

Orders placed between 11/20/17 through 12/24/17 can be returned through 1/31/2018. In order to process your return, items must be unworn and tags must be attached. Clearance items ending in .97 are not eligible for a return, refund or credit.

Returns Policy

Calvin Klein’s policy is to issue a refund for qualified merchandise returned in original, unused condition within 30 days of your shipment confirmation date for most items, exceptions stated below. Items must be unworn and tags must be attached. Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for a return, refund or credit.

Home Collection Return Policy

Returns must be made within 30 days of the shipment date. In order to properly process your return, items must be unused and in their original box or packaging along with the packing slip.

Area Rug Return Policy

Area rugs purchased on calvinklein.us may not be returned to our retail stores. All exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product to the Nourison Industries warehouse. Before you make a return please call Calvin Klein Customer Service at 866-513-0513 to receive an authorization.

If a rug has a manufacturing defect you may request an exchange or return.

If you'd like to return your purchase for other reasons, including color, style or other aesthetic reasons, a restocking fee of 15% will be assessed; customer must pay for return freight to the warehouse; original delivery fees are non-refundable. For all rug exchanges and returns, product must be repacked in its original packaging materials. Soiled or used rugs may be charged an additional fee or refused receipt.

Vintage Quilt Online Return Policy

Returns must be made within 10 days of the shipment date. In order to properly process your return, items must be unused and in their original box or packaging along with the packing slip. All Vintage Quilts should be returned to the following address:

Return Processing Fee

A flat rate of USD $7.95 will be charged to the customer’s original form of payment once the return is processed.

Methods For Returns

For returns by mail simply visit us at calvinklein.com/returns, click the START A RETURN button on the website and follow the instructions listed to receive your pre-paid return label. To ensure your return is properly processed and refund granted, be sure to place both this pack slip and unworn items within the return package. Customers will be refunded the price of the merchandise less a USD $7.95 handing fee to the original form of payment.
No refunds will be made for Final Sale or Clearance items purchased or returned.

As a convenience to our customers, you may also return apparel and accessories products purchased at calvinklein.us free of charge to any Calvin Klein Retail or Company Store, with the exception of CALVIN KLEIN 205W39NYC assortment. In order for our stores to properly process your calvinklein.us return you must present your packing slip.

For online purchases of CALVIN KLEIN 205W39NYC products, please return using the pre-paid label found within your package. Please note our Madison Avenue CALVIN KLEIN 205W39NYC Store in New York can only process returns from CALVIN KLEIN 205W39NYC products. Please follow the returns instructions on your packing slip.

If PayPal was used for payment, all returned products must be sent by mail. Unfortunately, we cannot accept PayPal returns at our Calvin Klein Retail, Company or Madison Avenue store locations.

Credit

  • Allow 7-14 business days to process your return.
  • Credit for the merchandise returned less a USD $7.95 return processing fee will be credited back to the original form of payment.
  • Allow 72 hours for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.

Price Exchanges / Defective Merchandise

We do not offer direct exchanges for prices or item exchanges. To exchange an item for a new size or color you must place a return for the unwanted item(s) and place a new web order for the desired item(s). Your returned item will be processed and refund granted to original form of payment as long as the item meets our return policy terms. Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed.

Wrong Item, Color Or Size

If we shipped you the wrong item, please email us at calvinklein.com/help to contact customer service. It is important that you contact us before returning your item, so that we may assist you with return processing fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return processing charges. Before you call, please have your order number available. Please be prepared with a detailed description of the difference between the item you ordered and the item you received. Please note: Calvin Klein is not responsible for shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other additional charges for returned items.
